Originally created for Kyle's own family, shared online since 2023, and now available in-person for local families.

What Is It?

The Family Adventure Check-In is a 60-minute, interactive workshop where Kyle guides participants through three simple activities he originally created for his own family.

He now calls these activities Quick-Reference Lifestyle Guides.

The ones shared in this Family Adventure Check-In workshop are designed to make it easier to have fun as a family, even during busy seasons of life.

Why Does It Matter?

Many family workshops these days revolve around parenting, child development, or activities for children.

Most parents don't need better routines or more things to do. They need simple tools that work even when life is busy and routines fall apart.

The quick-reference guides in the Family Adventure Check-In are practical, easy to use, and designed to fit into real life.

The workshop is completely focused on giving local parents the simple tools they need to align their family's lifestyle with what's right for them rather than constantly being pulled in 100 different directions.

The result is a community that feels less rushed, less overwhelmed, and more connected.

Who Is It For?

Any parent in your community that feels like the little bit of family time they actually have gets wasted.

About Kyle

KYLE COOKE
• Husband, Dad & Founder of Striving Satisfied

Being a parent is hard enough.

Trying to keep up with everything and still make time to just have fun as a family can feel even harder.

I originally created these activities for my own family after realizing how easy it was for family life to feel rushed...and just not good.

After other parents started asking me about what we were doing different, I began sharing them online.

Now, I'm turning the online format into a local, in-person workshop. This way, I can actually interact with families, answer their questions, and see the impact in real-life.

After all, enjoying life with the people around you is really what Striving Satisfied is all about.
